The Role: Customer Care Liaison
As a Customer Liaison, your job is to handle the influx of phone calls and online requests provided by our customers, who are for looking for no hassle removal of their junk vehicles. You will work with different systems to determine the value of a customer's vehicle, providing them with offers when possible, and ensuring that their vehicle is removed within a timely fashion. Negotiation and creative social skills are a must.

Customer Liaisons must be personable, enthusiastic and always willing to help! Junk my Car is not interested in your average call center agent - we want the best! You must have a natural enthusiasm for resolving problems and maintain a professional, friendly, and patient phone presence. Through phone, email, and chat you will be interfacing with our customers, and working through various issues to help make their vehicle removal a success!

Responsibilities:
- Expedite inbound/outbound calls.
- Consultative selling.
- Coordinate vehicle removal throughout the US and Canada.
- Customer live chat.
- Mass email correspondence.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years sales and/or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as, receptive listening skills.
- Type at least 40 WPM.
- Automotive experience a plus.
- Also, must possess the physical stamina of a pack mule in areas of sitting, typing and answering phones.

Compensation/Benefits:
