The role: Claim Processor
As a Claim Processor, your job is to handle the influx of phone calls and emails from our customers, who are either looking for help with their title or alternate paperwork for their vehicles, or trying to determine when their vehicles will be removed. You will work with different systems to determine the status of customer's vehicles, providing them with assistance in filling out their title or alternative paperwork, and ensuring that their vehicles are removed within a timely fashion.

Claim Processor's must be personable, enthusiastic and always willing to help! Junk my Car is not interested in your average call center agent - we want the best! You must have a natural enthusiasm for resolving problems and maintain a professional, friendly, and patient phone presence. Through phone and email, you will be interfacing with our customers, and working through various issues to help make their vehicle removal a success!

Responsibilities:
- Expedite inbound/outbound calls.
- Customer live chat.
- Mass email correspondence.
- Handling title/paperwork issues.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years sales and/or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as, receptive listening skills.
- Type at least 40 WPM.
- Automotive experience a plus.
- Must be part ninja.

Compensation/Benefits:
