<u><b>The role: Team Lead</b></u><b><br />
</b>As a Team Lead, your job is to manage a team of JMCers who communicate with our customers via phone, email and chat. You will ensure that your team facilitates the expedient removal of vehicles, and that they have all the knowledge and enthusiasm needed to perform their job duties. You must draw on your previous call-center management experience, and have a natural enthusiasm for problem-solving and maintain a professional and approachable presence when handling inquiries from your team. <br />

The Team Lead is also involved in training new team members, and ensuring that all team members are happy, focused, and ready to be customer service warriors! A Team Lead at Junk my Car is resourceful, courteous, respectful, flexible, and most of all, they have the drive to motivate their team!<br />

<p><u><b>The role: Director of Claim Dispatch</b></u><br />
The Director of Claim Dispatch is responsible for making sure that their team of dedicated professionals are getting our customers' vehicles professionally removed in a timely manner. You will ensure that vehicles that come through our service are expedited and have the correct documentation, as well as making sure that your team has all of the necessary tools to perform the duties of their job. You will need strong organizational skills, and a prior knowledge of vehicle documentation will be helpful.</p>
<p>A very important part of this position is communication; you will coordinate removal with our towing companies and customers, as well as ensuring that all parties are satisfied. As the Director of Claim Dispatch, your talents in efficiency, effectiveness, and a passion for success will be the driving force behind helping our customers with their vehicle removal, and ensuring that your team is performing at the highest level of excellence!</p>

<p><u><b>The Role: User Experience Designer</b></u><br />
As a User Experience Designer, you will utilize principles of usability, user-centered design, information architecture, and scalable and dynamic user interface design to further develop our website for enhanced customer use. You will work closely with our Engineering department to ensure that our site is user-focused and delivering an awesome experience to our customers. This position requires someone who has a natural eye for design, and who will bring any usability issues with our site to the forefront so that they may be addressed. As a User Experience Designer for Junk my Car, you will marry your creative skills and your strong knowledge of web design and applications to develop our product into a user-friendly powerhouse!</p>
<p><u><b>Responsibilities:</b></u><br />
- Ensure the upmost in system usability and design.<br />
- Communication and collaboration with Engineering to enhance usability.<br />
- Test systems and report on usability issues.<br />
- Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.<br />
- Work on various offline graphic design projects. <br />

- 3-5 years of solid web and graphic design experience.<br />
- Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making, and leadership skills are essential.<br />
