Junk my Car is looking for a resourceful, self motivated individual to join our team as a Claim Processor! You will be responsible for ensuring that the process by which we remove vehicles runs smoothly, while maintaining the high standard of customer service Junk my Car is known for!

Responsibilities:

• Expedite inbound/outbound calls
• Problem solving skills
• Responsible for mass email correspondence
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimun 2 years customer service experience
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Data Entry experience a plus
